I represent qualified buyers throughout the reservation and purchase process — identifying the right cube, floor, and exposure, reviewing the offering documents, negotiating, and coordinating with the developer and the sales team through closing and delivery.

Peacock Alley, the signature lounge born in the original New York flagship, has hosted presidents, heads of state, and cultural figures across three centuries. Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami brings that legacy home as a private address — a hundred stories of glass and light managed to Hilton Worldwide's standard, with the daily rituals of the brand woven into ownership.

This is the first Waldorf Astoria-branded residential offering in Florida and one of only a handful worldwide. It is also Downtown Miami's tallest residential tower and the tallest residential tower south of New York — a landmark by every measure.
